B12 votes to expand to 12 with Cincinnati and Houston. Texas balks and says they're leaving. B12 adds Memphis as a pre-emptive move in case Texas really does leave. The P12 salivates at the prospect of adding Texas and rich Texas recruiting to their conference. They add Texas, and holding their nose BIG TIME add BYU as well to get to 14.

BYU & Texas added to P12 South. Utah moved to P12 North.
