I remember the Cleveland-Schroyer duo as being a pretty effective duo even though they coached in very different styles.
Schroyer would be yelling the whole game when the team was on Defense barking out instructions.

I really think the team could use some of that bench instruction and fire, because for whatever reason, it doesn't seem to be coming from the leaders on the floor like it has in the past, and they look lost at times on D.

I think Rose - Lewis has the best probability to replicate that style and get this team to play up to its potential.
They need some kind of jolt to get them out of their defensive funk, I don't know if Lewis has the ability to bark like Shcroyer used to, but I think he is the closest thing we have on the staff at the moment.

Something needs to change, it is painful to watch.
