the ratings are what they are...there is no "true rating" system, similar to companies finainal reports coming out over the past 2 quarters blaming the super strong dollar on over sea business getting crushed...you can't really use that excuse and should be prepared for the flux. Just like our rating needs to be prepared each year for missionary flux. Our rating is what it is each year and you can't use the mission trip excuse.
