Prob b/c of the lack of black coaches! I wouldn't feel comfortable either
you want black players in a mostly black sport, hire more black coaches, more black players will want to be there causing even more athletes to feel welcome. Not sure why we have so many white coaches/players in a professional sport that is dominated by black players. just seems a little off.
