You mean going to 12 teams in 2011 with BYU and Louisville.

Not adding BYU and Louisville instead of TCU/WVA.

They would still be a 10 team league if they added just BYU and Louisville.

No, at that time, they still had 10 teams. BYU UL woulda put them at 12.
