Before the big format change some years ago. I'd guess 2010, but I'm not certain
It was kind of weird to get used to, but once you got used to it you could read the board much faster and more efficiently. It probably robbed some clicks from jefe.
Only a minority of users used it and jefe said it was tough/impossible to implement with the current format.
