I am so humble to be surrounded by so many people who support my endeavors and push me along. My wife and I and I just closed on a 4-plex today without our own money or credit because of the knowledge I gained through educating myself on creative strategies to purchasing real estate, being a part of a real estate group that supports and builds me up and that keeps each other out of trouble, never giving up, and partnerships that fill in the gaps to my weaknesses.


They got a family member to put up the money for them. Maybe it is just the way he said it, but it seems like some sort of scam, or they are just good at convincing family members to give them money.
