I am giving up some of my anonymity here but it is for my daughter. She is doing a fundraiser that actually doesn't require you purchase anything, rather just fill out a survey that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Neither I nor my daughter will get to know any of your responses. The survey does ask for services that you would be interested in allowing someone call you but it does not mean you have to buy anything. My daughter appreciates it very much. You do have to be at least 21 and only one per household.
