Since some here were misquoting Cam's press conference, I figured I'd post his words verbatim.
In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with what he said. He acknowledged that the Broncos played better than the Panthers did. He acknowledged that he and his team members made mistakes. That's about all anyone should expect him to say. It's almost boilerplate. Why is it different when Cam Newton says the same thing every losing QB says in post-game comments?

That's correct. It does happen to most people. Yet somehow it's different when Cam Newton does what everyone else does.
