two starter quality QB's on the roster. The real issue and point of the debate is acknowledging that if Taysom isn't slated to be the starter in his final season he will inevitably transfer. Do people believe Taysom is on board with riding pine in his last collegiate season?

Same could be said for Tanner. Does a freshman player of the year just take a back seat and pause his development at a critical time in his career?

Bottom line is. Reasonable people understand it is highly unlikely that both QB's remain at BYU therefore it has created the debate of who is the best option.

Again, no one is saying they don't want two good QB's at one time.
