If you are doing anything remotely high volume (AR15, handgun etc...) I would
recommend starting with a turret press vs. a single stage.

Single stage are great for extremely accurate/lower volume for hunting/long-range loads, but a turret press will speed the process up significantly and still keep your quality/consistency within pretty good measures.

Definitely get a good handloading/reloading book and stay within specs to keep it safe.

If you've got the time, you can save quite a bit vs. factory loads, and you will find that your accuracy/consistency at the range improves as you dial in rounds for your specific firearm.
