Yes. When he planted his back foot as he dropped back on his 20 yard TD run
And then took off. He hurt it not when he decelerated but when he planted his back foot as he was dropping back, prior to taking off to run. Common way for a lisfranc to occur. When he accelerated off his back foot is when it was flexed 'plantar' and the damage took place.
