On Air China. If budget isn't the top priority then for most dates there's also a lot of flights between $800-850 on Singapore Air, ANA and Asiana which are all 5-star airlines that will give you much better service than Delta with food that's actually edible. I always fly Delta domestically but internationally the good Asian airlines are just night and day.

I'm not sure where home is but depending on the dates there's even a few flights in that $800-850 range from Seoul to SLC.
