Passing has everything to do with caring. Nick cares for sure, but he needs to

care more about the whole team and less about being so confident and taking on more than he can handle. Confidence is great, if you can deliver and if you keep your teammates involved. But, passing has nothing to do with experience, he's played a lot of basketball in his life, it's about being selfish and immature.
