If there is a leadership void at the Sr lvl, no prob with him trying to fill it

This team has lacked leadership at times. You can't blame the freshman for trying to step in and be a leader, when leadership has been lacking. He plays as hard as anyone on this team. He presses a bit and sometimes takes ill-advised shots, but he is no doubt a competitor and that is one of the key attributes of a good leader.
