a quick review shows that appears to be a pretty low price for a comparable Rogue. So the next question is why is it low already? Carfax may show damage.

Chadillac may have some knowledge about the source, so your SIL may want to shop elsewhere, unless they're willing to take a risk on a rebuilt car that may last a long time for a low price or may fall apart as soon as they drive off the lot.
