TL:DR: True Rags to Riches story of a guy cut from playing at 16. Worked 12
hours shifts in a factory and played on the weekends in the English 7th tier (two steps behind single A baseball). Team goes from playing in the AA league to the Major league in just a couple of seasons and may win the EPL Title with a payroll of a very small market team.
