They are just like Spirit Airlines in that they nickel and dime you. If you are into that then you won't mind, but it gets annoying. Charge for a carry on. Charge to choose seat even if you purchased tickets together (they tell you that they can't guarantee that you will be with your group unless you pay extra to choose your seat). Their website had a bunch of issues. Calling them is a nightmare.
