Trying to surprise my wife with a cruise. I hate that prices keep going up.

If I was smart I would have bought the tickets yesterday. $45 less per person, just for the flights. Not to mention $30 more per person for the cruise itself. Should I wait it out or just bite the bullet now. Doubt prices will decrease at this point. Thoughts?

Also, why have plane ticket prices not decreased with the price of oil? What a sham.
