other fit and finish problems for such a low mile vehicle. I know you aren't asking about 04 Titans specifically, but my model had problems with the rear diff exploding under a load. The 05's added a finned diff cover to dissipate the heat but no recall on the 04's. I just threw a tantrum at the dealer until they installed the updated cover on my 04. No problems at all.
