There were two small groups of us advancing on an Nva/Vic position. One group would lay down a base of fire and the other group would advance. After it was all over with the only casualty was our NCO and he was shot in the back of his head. It had to one of our own guys. Oddly enough I had a Vietnam dream last night, the first one in years.
