before they can publicly post their information on cougarboard. El Jefe can set up an "Insiders" category. Items posted to that category can only be seen by the author. Items posted to that category will be notarized by Jefe as being originally posted on a certain time and date and not edited after being posted. Once the information has become public, the insider can release their post to the board at large so we can all see everything the insider knew before the information became public. Items not released by the author (presumably because the information never came to pass) will become public after a while.

Or, we can all use the divine gift of intelligence given to each of us to take whatever we read and judge it by its own merits.
