It's actually English and Japanese
He says "please" in English, then basically "take care please" or "please be careful" in Japanese. A better translation would depend on context, but there is none. It looks to me like he is making fun of the teacher; probably the English teacher who is most likely either American or Australian.

I know, I just took your post way too literally.
