I love Hot for Teacher as well, but for my money, I've always been a big fan of the drum part during the guitar solo of Jump (arguably my favorite drum part of any song, ever).

Rush' La Villa is a favorite as well.

Danny Carey has some great stuff. Aenema is amazing drumming. With him, every song is pretty amazing.
