I've had it in my head that it's 6 I have a soft spot in my heart for as well,
but after a quick glance at the course on google maps, I don't think that's it. Which is the hole, dogleg right that's basically a blind tee shot because after a few yards it starts downhill pretty good? The one with trees along the right pretty close to the box? Was thinking it was 6, but it may have been 16 by the map (didn't feel like that late in the round). Either way, on whichever hole it was, my FIL was giving me crap since I have a pretty solid powerfade that at the time I was basically just compensating for, rather than trying to fix on the fly at the best golfcourse I'd ever played, so I knew that swing wasn't going to cut it on that hole. So instead of hitting a big stick, I grabbed my 3-hybrid, set up for as close to a hook as a draw can be (oh, by the way, I'm left handed, a piece of info that's probably necessary for this story to make any sense), and FLUSHED the thing. SWEET old draw, right around the trees, and though we couldn't see it at the time, it ran like a yewter. I probably had about a 120 to the green. The fact that I did it intentionally shut him the heck right up.

Good times.

4 was definitely my favorite green, especially the day the pin was all the way on the bottom tier. The blue-koolaid water was funny. And I parred #3 both times, not really a brag since it's the easiest hole on the course, but most days I shoot closer to double bogey than single, so I was happy about it. Plus, that view from 3 is probably one of my top 3 favorite views in the world.

Mmm.
