Family members of players just need to remember that fans are generally idiots.

Reactionary idiots, to be exact. I include myself in that assessment.

The smartest thing to do would be to stay off of social media, or participate anonymously. It never makes anything better.

Jackson was an incredible player, and by all accounts a great guy.
