You've got to google this and see a video and even that won't do it justice. It's right off the shore in fron of the Sheraton outside of kona. We paddled out in sea kayaks. They put spotlights in the water (on bottom and surface) and the manta rays do summersaults in front of them to feed. They are inches from you as you look down from the surface. It's amazing. Thank me later.
