If we had to join a G5 conference, I agree
try to bring San Diego St., Boise St. and perhaps Air Force, UNLV, and CSU along. And try to keep it down to 8 conference games.
Gets us some good regional games for half of the conference schedule and still 4-game flexibility to play the Ewetes and other P5s.
Also, our bowl options would improve, with Las Vegas, Armed Forces, and Poinsettia bowls in our sights most years.
