I know many of you are "in the world not of the world" types but
BYU is a great university that could probably improve if it was willing to let go of some things. The BYU student population is still 97-98% LDS even though it's considered a top 65 program. I wonder if letting go of parts of the HC, religion class requirements, etc and going a little secular would make BYU more attractive to non-LDS so they there was a little diversity introduced. I'm not into affirmative action or anything like that but when a U is 98% x you wonder if there's room for improvement.
