Not to mention, they have an opportunity to make more money and move to a P5 conference with a, potentially, better program upside (in the short term).

Would you not leave for your job for a more money and the ability to advance your career? We all do it, but yet we blame these coaches for doing nothing different than the rest of corporate America (and many CBers)?
