This staff is going to offer the best kids they can. They know they don't have enough scholarships for all the offers.

I think we can only criticize them if they choose not to offer better prospects because they don't have room because they already gave them all away to lessor prospects. It doesn't appear that scenario has occurred yet, so until it does I don't think it's fair for any of us to apply any negative judgements to their recruiting methods.
