there were five guys in spring practice working at it, and two of them, if they worked up to where the coaches thought they could perform, could do it well-- Ty seemed to have this glint in his eye, while he was politely smiling, that said something along the lines of, "and I'm going to kill them both if they slack off and don't step up." And, when he was talking about which QB would throw the first pass of the first game, he seemed to have that glint again when he referred back to spring practice and watching the players work. I guess I just got the overall impression that I wouldn't want to be the player that didn't do his homework or didn't kill myself at practice every day.

But maybe I'm completely wrong about this...
