About 12 miles into AZ and 2 miles or less onto private right of way there is a large billboard saying something like entering Arizona territory with AZ red and the UofA " A" logo. Noticed yesterday crossing on US #93 by Boulder Dam. This is traditionally not UofA territory. If it would be anybody's territory it would be NAU. I'm questioning the placement and timing of billboard. But it doesn't match the large home made sign for the Fiesta Bowl a few years ago that said Oregon fans would be strip searched for marijuana at mile post so and so. ADPS took it down in a couple hours later.
