the LDS church, I could just as easily see it as a light hearted poke at the dominant culture in Utah. I think the latter is more likely, but either way, I think it's at least a little clever and amusing.

My reaction when I hear it is somewhere between a shrug and a mild chuckle.

Anyone who uses it as an attempt to offend me or get a rise out of me is sure to be disappointed.
