he has said at face value because he put a lot of stuff out there that ends up not being accurate. That being said, the fact that the information he is stating seems to be in line with what has been said from other sources to me says that either they are all wrong, or there is something to them.

As such, even if what he is stating is exaggerated (which it may be), I've got to think at the very least BYU is being heavily considered and is "likely" to get in as a full member (as opposed to his claim that they "are in as a full member").
