Oklahoma schools and all else in the east. Allow for a cross-over game so OU and UT can play every year. But otherwise, Provo is closer to just about all the Texas schools than Morgantown, especially when you consider that schools have to fly into Pittsburgh if I'm not mistaken and then bus to Morgantown. Conversely, all the rest of the schools are closer to West Virginia.
