Those are the four schools that would be the easiest adds for the P12 in the event they'd like to expand to 14 or 16. If the B12 got right into the P12's back yard, started recruiting Socal, and took TV slots away from the P12, it could force the P12 to make a move. Currently, you have the entire conference surviving off recruiting one state. What would happen to the overall quality of that league if all of the sudden that pool got diluted even more?
