Hard to say given one can't predict the future but, geez, those are pretty harsh

inclusion criteria. Would be a tough pill to swallow, particularly for a school like BYU that has shown it can survive in independence with a fairly lucrative ESPN contract. Having no guarantee you wouldn't be kicked out in 10 years is very unsettling. OTOH, may not have a choice.
