My guess is Houston shuts the Texas politicians up and gets the full support of Texas and Cincy gets WV a travel partner. If they do football only for two schools then it will be BYU and Boise State. If they give full membership to all of the 4 schools added then it would be BYU and CSU. Football only is not ideal, but we at least have a home for our Olympic sports as it is and Boise and BYU would both create great TV inventory for evening games and their home games would eat into the PAC 12's share of those time slots. Like it or not, having Thursday/Friday/Saturday night match ups between BYU/Boise vs OU, TX, TCU, OSU, etc would draw eyeballs.
