My son while sellng security systems in Minnesota was arrested for sellng without a license. (He was sent to area before company obtained a permit.) Was placed on informal probation and charge dismissed after one year. Now he is in bankng industry where background checks are required and this arrest keeps popping up. It has been a big hassle for him to deal with. Might be good idea to do whatever it takes to get dismissed now.
