Funny enough the best way to defeat that is to have your QB drop back in the
In the pocket for about 3 seconds and then run. The defenders have to play man to hold like that and you have to use your safety's in coverage.
If you have a QB that can get beyond the line of scrimmage he can run forever. Down field blocking is assured because the defenders take themselves out of the play for 20-30 yards
