There's a precedent for this
He visited my mission prep class in 2001 or 2002. He opened it up for Q and A. Someone asked him a BYU football question.
Elder Holland literally berated him about how inappropriate it was to ask him that kind of question on the Sabbath at such an important class. It reminded me of how the Savior was in the Temple when he wasn't happy. It was awkward.
