Davies and Takitaki?

ute player- 2 weeks missed practice.

Van Noy- missed an entire season.

Davies- suspended during the most crucial time for BYU basketball, when they were ranked #3 with a week to go before the tourney...could have very well cost BYU a national championship. What other team would have done something similiar....NONE. It was an honor code violation, so you can't compare that with breaking a law of the land.

Takitaki- suspended for several games last season, looks like he will miss this entire season for unknown reasons this year.

BYU is FAR more severe when players get in trouble with the law then utah has been. Van Noy drunk driving cost him a season....ute player drives drunk in the opposite direction on the freeway, misses a few practices....another ute player robs a person last year, misses a few practices I believe....This season, a different ute player vandalizes property, misses a few practices. Seems like a pattern the REAL U ran back in the 80's, slap on the wrist, but nothing really severe.
