Assuming 75% RMs, then: 2 x .75 = 1.5 years older on average
It ain't rocket science, people.

That means our fat 22.5-year-olds are playing their Haven't-Missed-A-Workout-Since-Preschool 21-year-olds. Pretty devastating advantage.
