If BigXII added BYU, is there a way they could avoid divisions?
It seems that creating divisions might be tough for an expanded BigXII because of geography and the desire for teams to play in Texas. Just proposing this, but how insane is the idea that they develope a schedule where each team rotated who they played each year? That way the geography burden would be shared, and the opportunity to play in Texas would be equal.

For instance the rotating schedules for BYU would look like this:

(1) @UConn, Texas, @OSU, Kansas, @TT, Iowa State, @Baylor, Oklahoma
(2) @Texas, OSU, @Kansas, TT, @Iowa State, Baylor, @Oklahoma, WVU
(3) @OSU, Kansas, @TT, Iowa State, @Baylor, Oklahoma, @WVU, Kansas State
(4) @Kansas, TT, @Iowa State, Baylor, @Oklahoma, WVU, @Kansas State, TCU
(5) @TT, ISU, @Baylor, Oklahoma, @WVU, Kansas State, @TCU, UConn
(6) @ISU, Baylor, @Oklahoma, WVU, @KSU, TCU, @UConn, Texas
(7) @Baylor, Oklahoma, @WVU, KSU, @TCU, UConn, @Texas, OK State
(8) @Oklahoma, WVU, @KSU, TCU, @UConn, Texas, @OK State, Kansas
(9) @WVU, KSU, @TCU, UConn, @Texas, OK State, @Kansas, TT
(10) @KSU, TCU, @UConn, Texas, @OK State, Kansas, @TT, ISU
(11) @TCU, UConn, @Texas, OK State, @Kansas, TT, @ISU, Baylor
(12) Repeat Year 1

Meanwhile TCU is playing our year 2 in year 1, and our year 3 in year 2 (playing us instead of themselves in years 5-11).

This rotation could be adopted to preserve 1 or 2 rivalries per year, so Texas and Okalahoma have the Red River Rivalry every year or so that Oklahoma and Oklahoma State get to play each other every year.

So assuming UConn would be our new Rival, the rotation would look like this:

(1) Texas, @OSU, Kansas, @TT, Iowa State, @UConn
(2) OSU, @Kansas, TT, @Iowa State, Baylor, UConn
(3) Kansas, @TT, Iowa State, @Baylor, Oklahoma, @UConn
(4) TT, @Iowa State, Baylor, @Oklahoma, WVU, UConn
etc.

I don't know how they would put together a championship game, but perhaps, after doing a standings through the season, if they have two tied teams, they just have a poll or something like that to determine who is in the championship, like how the BIG12 used to do it back when Mizzou, A&M, and Nebraska were in the conference.

FYI -- UConn is not supposed to be a troll. I put UConn because that would be best case scenario for me personally. You can replace BYU's rival with whoever you want.
