my wife bought a cheap clear vinyl cosmetic bag at the drugstore that is durable

and meets the dimensions. Last year at Arrowhead they were pretty adamant about them being completely clear. One person had a clear bag with black piping around the edges and they were not allowed to bring it in. At other venues they didn't seem to care one whit.
