If it's a business-as-usual decision and that is decided by ESPN, Fox, and
Navigate research which I'm sure the Big 12 payed a lot of money to obtain that data, and BYU passes in all those phases then BYU gets in. At that point, I'd careless whether it's Houston or Cincinnati. Unless Houston and Cincinnati wins out on all phases of which I mentioned which I doubt would be the case. If politics-as-usual wins out then BYU doesn't get in but I believe money will rule the day.
