There needs to be a separation of the FBS.
And the only non P5 team that belongs in the top tier is BYU. The poor FBS G5 teams just dilute college football and are closer to FCS program quality.
There are also a bunch of P5 schools that dont belong, but just got lucky. WSU, Northwestern, Vandy, Wake, you know the rest.

What would happen if BYU is invited to the Big12 and then all other teams in the MWC, CUSA, WAC, etc.
