Why are you throwing Ogden residents in a post about USU, a school located in Logan? Do you realize that Ogden is home to Weber State, and not USU? Not a lot of trash talking coming from WSU alumni, as the majority of us are either Utah or BYU fans. As for your comment about people being from Ogden having cultural and systemic to hating BYU, you are out of your mind and wrong. As a former resident of Ogden, and now current resident of the North Ogden city/Pleasant view area, cities that borders Ogden, I know of a ton of very devoted and loyal BYU fans. Like myself, there are season ticket holders,(including quite a few high level donors to the school) that love BYU.We gladly make the drive down to every BYU game, usually battling a ton of traffic from SLC on. We are just as loyal as any other fan.
To stereotype a whole group of people, just because they live in a certain city or area, is ignorant and a disservice to yourself. Ogden and the entire Weber County area, has lot of amazing individuals and members of the church. Just like any area, there are some dilapidated areas and crime heavy neighborhoods, but it is wrong to stereotype everyone that lives near them.
