Of course he's behind. He's been learning the position for three weeks. He probably still has plenty to learn. But that's not going to keep him out of the backfield.

But one line shouldn't discount the rest of the article that says he's a disruptive force on the field, a natural playmaker, and that he has all of the athleticism and skills to succeed at the position.
